1. Who receives the reports submitted through this channel?

All reports submitted through this portal or to the e-mail Hello Ethics@helloethics.com are received and registered by Hello Ethics, an independent and specialized company contracted to perform this activity.

2. Why doesn't the company itself receive the reports initially?

Outsourcing the anonymous information registration service, through the engagement of Hello Ethics, demonstrates that the organization is genuinely concerned with creating an environment that promotes and encourages honesty and ethical behavior among all employees and collaborators, at every hierarchical level.

3. Is there any possibility that the reporter may be identified when submitting a report through this channel?

If you chose to identify yourself in a report, access to your name will be exclusive to the members of the Hello Ethics Compliance Committee, who may contact you to obtain further information and clarify questions, enriching the analysis process and providing a more reliable opinion. In addition, you may also submit anonymous reports if you do not wish to be identified.

4. Can I suffer retaliation for having submitted a report in good faith?

Hello Ethics prohibits retaliatory actions against any employee who raises a legitimate concern or issues related to non-compliance with the Hello Ethics code of conduct. If you feel that you may be suffering any kind of retaliation, you may use this channel to report the facts.

5. Why should I report?

Misconduct can affect the organizational climate, motivation, productivity, product quality, the institution's image, financial results and, ultimately, the business's ability to generate jobs and income.

6. Should I tell my colleagues that I submitted a report to the Hello Ethics Reporting Channel?

If you decide to submit a report, never share your decision with anyone, not even with your closest colleagues. The confidentiality of the process is essential for the protection of the reporter.

7. How many times should I report the same event?

If you are going to report a real or potential situation, do so only once. This avoids duplicate work and duplication in the investigation process.

8. Can I submit my report from home?
