This channel is operated by Hello Ethics, an independent and specialized third-party provider responsible for receiving and securely registering reports. Using an external provider reinforces confidentiality, neutrality, and trust in the reporting process.

3. Who reviews the reports?

Once a report is submitted, the information is forwarded to the appropriate Ethics or Compliance Committee within Marubeni Brasil. This committee evaluates the information and determines whether additional clarification or investigation is necessary.

4. Can I submit a report anonymously?

Yes. Reports may be submitted anonymously or with identification.
