All reports made on this portal or email metalfrio@helloethics.com are received and recorded by Hello Ethics, an independent and specialized company contracted to perform this activity.
2. Why doesn't the company itself receive the reports initially?
Outsourcing the anonymous information recording service, through the hiring of Hello Ethics, demonstrates that the organization is truly concerned with creating an environment that promotes and encourages honesty and ethical behavior from all employees and collaborators, at all hierarchical levels.
3. Is there any possibility of the reporter being identified when making a report on this Channel?
If you chose to identify yourself in a report, access to your name will be exclusive to the members of the Metalfrio Compliance Committee, who may contact you to obtain more information and clarify doubts, making the analysis process richer and offering a more reliable opinion. Additionally, you can also make anonymous reports if you do not wish to identify yourself.
4. Can I suffer reprisals for having made a good-faith report?
Metalfrio prohibits retaliatory action against any employee who indicates a legitimate concern or issues regarding non-compliance with the Metalfrio code of conduct. If you feel you might be suffering any type of retaliation, you can use this channel to report the facts.

Misconduct can affect the organizational climate, motivation, productivity, product quality, the institution's image, financial results, and ultimately, the business's ability to generate jobs and income.
