Is there any chance the whistleblower is identified when making a report on the Hotline Sidia?

IIf you have chosen to identify yourself in a report, access to your name will be unique to the members of the Ethics Commitee, who may contact you to obtain more information and clarify doubts, making the process richer analysis and with possibilities of a more reliable. In addition, you will also be able to make complaints anonymous, if you do not wish to identify yourself.

Can I suffer reprisals for reporting in good faith?

SIDIA will restrain retaliatory action against the employee who indicates a legitimate concern or issues of noncompliance with SIDIA's code of ethical conduct. If you feel that you may be suffering any kind of retaliation, you can use this channel to report the facts.

A deviation of conduct can affect the climate in the environment organisational, motivation, productivity, quality of the products, the image of the institution, the results financial and, finally, the ability to generate employment and income.
