Through Vila 11’s Whistleblowing Channel tool you’ll be able to make complaints, suggestions, compliments and ask your questions. All reports recorded on this channel are confidential and may be made anonymously.

The Vila 11 Whistleblowing Channel values the non-retaliation of those who, in good faith, report occurrences of which they are aware. However, complaints of bad faith will be investigated and punished.

This tool allows collecting and processing information from employees, customers, suppliers, investors and/or any other interested party that helps the company with reports on violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, Internal Policies or current legislation.

In addition to this Channel, you can also use telephone resources through 0800 591 2074 from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm with service by operators. After 7 pm, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays you can leave a recorded message or send an email to denuncias.vila11@helloethics.com.
