You can report your observations of any behaviour that falls below the standards outlined in our Code of Conduct. All reports registered on this channel are guaranteed to be treated confidentially and may be made anonymously. Serra Verde strictly prohibits acts of retaliation against anyone reporting a possible violation in good faith. Reporting in good faith means you are providing all known information and you believe it to be true.
This tool is designed to collect reports from employees, customers, suppliers or partners who help the company by reporting observations of acts that violate the Code of Ethics and Conduct, Serra Verde's Internal Policies or current legislation.
We foster an environment where open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching your manager in cases where you believe that policy violations have occurred, but if for any reason you do not feel it is the right channel, we have created Serra Verde for you.
